Camp St. Philomena is organized by the Sisters of the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen, a traditional Catholic community whose motherhouse is located at Mount St. Michael in Spokane, Washington. There the Sisters staff a K-12 Academy, a mail order house and religious gift shop. They also help spread the Faith through their apostolate of singing. The Sisters’ Congregation was founded in 1967 to work for the preservation of the Catholic Faith and to spread the message of Our Lady of Fatima.
